Bcycle is one of the most popular studio in the downtown of Montreal. Its access near the offices makes it easy and convenial to do a class of spinning or body barre. All of the reservations and schedules are made online via their website.
In the end of the year 2025, Bcycle launched their own app to help the clients making reservations and checking in with their phone. After a month, the feedback was mostly satisfied with some design notes to adress.
I took part of redesigning the app with the following of pain points from users.
One of the paint point was that it was hard to look for a specific instructor through the week. The product offers to look at instructors by day, but lack the user to look overall.
I wanted to bring a way the user can see all the informations he's looking with their own research in one screen. With the second version, they can scroll down the window instead of switching each day.
The profil section was spread throught many redirections. A clear menu with all the essentials would help the user to get all the informations they need.
