Following my experience in visual effects, I was approached by Marc-Olivier Huard to collaborate with him on his short film, Interurbain.
Interurbain explores the emotional emptiness of a mother faced with geographical distance and the absence of her son. My mandate was to model the director's childhood home and then transform it into stardust and animate it. The goal was to amplify the film's nostalgia through the addition of particles. The film is competing in several festivals in Quebec and won the Philippe Belley Prize at Regard sur le court. It is currently unavailable for viewing out of competition.
